On the intro call we'll clarify scope, tech stack, priorities and timeline. 30 minutes is enough. You'll leave with a clear picture of what and how to test — no commitment required.
Proposal with pricing and timeline
Within 24 hours after the call you'll receive a tailored proposal with scope, price and timeline.
The proposal includes the exact testing scope, estimated number of days, price and a suggested schedule. No hidden fees. If it doesn't fit, you say no — no hard feelings.
Test preparation
Once the proposal is approved, test scenarios and a ready-to-run environment are created.
We prepare test cases for key user flows, set up the test environment and for automation projects integrate the right tools (Playwright, Cypress). This phase typically takes 1–3 days depending on scope.
Test execution
Tests run systematically — you're informed about bugs as they're found.
Testing proceeds according to the agreed plan. You're updated on bugs as they're found — no need to wait for the final report. Communication via your preferred channel (Jira, Slack, email).
Reporting and handover
A clear report with priorities, recommendations and — for automation — the test source code.
The final report includes all defects with reproduction steps, screenshots/video, severity and a fix recommendation. For automation projects you receive the test source code with documentation and a handover session.
